Shipping & Returns
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
- All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during evenings, weekends or peak periods.
Shipping Rates:
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) – Free
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – £8
- Free shipping for all UK orders
Please note:
- Express shipping does not bypass the 1-3 day processing time.
- Stated fees at checkout include any Customs duties/taxes applicable to your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ronni. If you are not, you have up to 14 days from receiving your order to return the items.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@ronniclothing.co.uk. We will email you a prepaid return label.
Return Conditions:
- Retain a copy of your return receipt from Royal Mail as proof of postage.
- Items must be new, unused, and with original tags still attached.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.
- A £6.00 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from www.ronniclothing.co.uk

Exchanges:
At this time, Ronni Ltd does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
