Order Processing:

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
• All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.
• Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during evenings, weekends or peak periods.

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) – Free
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – £8
• Free shipping for all UK orders

Please note:

• Express shipping does not bypass the 1-3 day processing time.
• Stated fees at checkout include any Customs duties/taxes applicable to your order.
